Interestingly enough I pretty much do what you do Arwen :) If I feel the energies need to be cleansed I blow on my cards, and if I get an especially yucky energy vibe I smudge them with sage.. also decks not in use are stored with quartz crystals. I like to keep it simple!
Hi Arwen,
One way to clean actual grime from your cards is to use an eraser. One of the very soft white erasers or the art gum erasers work very well. You just go over the whole surface of the card with the eraser and then brush the crumbs off - it takes a lot of physical dirt off the cards without harming them.
